a new glarus unplugged imperial saison.
unlike any saison i’ve had. less lemony, no trace of pepper or coriander. huge sweet start of apricot and peaches with only a hint of sour lemon peel. wonderful dry finish-incredibly quenching. i’m hoping another month of bottle conditioning will round out some of the sweetness, drying out the finish a little more. great sourness, kinda middle...
